If you could be a superhero for a day, who would it be and why?
Deadpool because...Deadpool! lol
How long have you been training at Holeshot?
A little over 6 months
Thinking back to when you first started, what were you most afraid of? How did you overcome that fear?
I was never really 'afraid', more ashamed of what I'd let myself become, I overcame it by commiting 100% and having faith in my coaches.... which paid off!
During your time training with us, what have you enjoyed the most?
So many things, but one main thing is being able to give my wife back the man she first met, Not an unfit wreck.
Since starting your program at Holeshot what improvements/changes have you noticed in your health & fitness?
Massive improvements across the board, huge fat loss and muscle gain, obviously the strength that comes with it, and I feel in general far more healthy, havn't felt crook once since changing my diet.
What's been your proudest moment so far?
Tough one, smashing pbs' is right up there but getting into the 15% bodyfat range was awesome.
What would you say to someone who is looking to get started?
Do not hesitate, every day you waste is another step back from being who you want to be.
